Jay Tabac

Founder & CEO

Jay has been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years as a Personal Fitness Trainer and a Fitness Facility Manager. Jay was a Regional Manager for an International Health Club Chain. He was responsible for the supervision, development and management of over 400 Personal Fitness Trainers in 21 facilities. He was also an instructor at the college and university level in Fitness and Kinesiology for over 15 years at Guelph/Humber.
Kyle Bettancourt

Kyle has a diploma in Health and Fitness from George Brown College. Kyle is also a certified trainer and has been training clients and coaching with Commit Fitness for over 10 years. Kyle is one of our most popular coaches and is well known within the Yesodei community. In his free time, Kyle enjoys cooking, hiking and playing a long range of sports.
Taylor Almeida

Taylor Almeida

Registered Kinesiologist

Taylor is a graduate of The University of Ontario Institute of Technology with a degree in Kinesiology and is a postgraduate of Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management from Humber College. Taylor is a Registered Kinesiologist and has been working with numerous clients for the past five years. Taylor has experience with working with a variety of clients ranging from sports performance to rehabilitation. In her free time, Taylor enjoys going to the gym, outdoor activities and reading.
Randall Perez

Hi I’m Randall Perez! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Kinesiology and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. My education has allowed me to work in the fitness field and as a sports coach for over 7 years. I have worked with diverse age groups. My experience in the fitness field includes personal training and group exercise instruction. The opportunity to teach a variety of sports as a PE teacher has helped me develop the necessary skills to become a reputable sports coach in many schools and summer camps. I am a huge advocate for physical activity and enjoy introducing new skills to all students.

Tiana is a graduate of George Brown College with a diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion, as well as a certified personal trainer. This former varsity athlete has experience working with a variety of clients and athletes ranging from sports performance, weight loss, to general fitness. Tiana enjoys strength training, volleyball and spending time outside during her free time.
