Jay has been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years as a Personal Fitness Trainer and a Fitness Facility Manager. Jay was a Regional Manager for an International Health Club Chain. He was responsible for supervising, developing and managing over 400 Personal Fitness Trainers in 21 facilities. He was also an instructor at the college and university level in Fitness and Kinesiology for over 15 years at Guelph/Humber.
As a professional speaker, Jay has presented at National Personal Training conferences on various related health and wellness
Jay is a regular on the hockey rink or ski hill in the winter and on the baseball diamond in the summer. Jay’s number one passion in life remains at home with his wife and children.
Kyle has a diploma in Health and Fitness from George Brown College. Kyle is also a certified trainer and has been training clients and coaching with Commit Fitness for over 10 years. Kyle is one of our most popular coaches and is well known within the Yesodei community. In his free time, Kyle enjoys cooking, hiking and playing a long range of sports.
